Nice saucepan. I bought it for 11 liters. The bottom is said to be multi-layered, but I can’t verify this. From the looks and feel of the speed and uniformity of heating, I am inclined to believe this statement. The steel is good, of sufficient thickness. Not a hint of fragility or possibility of deformation. Resistance welding handles. Each handle has four contacts. Beautiful. The polish from the factory is such that it can compete with a mirror. The only possible negative is that the bottom is quite matte underneath. I would prefer a smoother polished surface, since any irregularities/pores in the metal and traces of grinding are an additional reason for corrosion and rust to appear (yes, I understand that this is stainless steel, but it still does not last forever). Overall, the pan is, as I said, good. The manufacturer seems to be Türkiye. I hope it lasts a long time. Appearance, quality Perhaps the cost. Although if you take into account the quality and the steel itself, it’s quite adequate |
