1. The battery turned out to be dead, but the store immediately offered a replacement as soon as I called them.
2. The error in the central point area is within the specified characteristics, about 1mm/7m. However, the tilt of the main horizontal plane to the right of the center was 1mm/7m up, which seems to be within tolerance, but to the left of the center, it was 4mm/7m down. So, the plane is bent and tilted accordingly by 2/3mm.
3. I only checked the main vertical and stopped there. The error according to the static plumb bob was 2mm/2m from a 3m offset... I think no further explanation is necessary.
