A 2021 family of lightweight, medium-format ultrabooks from the popular Lenovo ThinkBook 14 line, focused on solving business-oriented tasks and secure use in a corporate environment. They differ from ordinary multifunctional laptops in an improved biometric user identification system (fingerprint scanner built into the power button), a mechanical webcam shutter and the presence of a hardware cryptographic TPM 2.0 module, which is used for strong encryption of user data and secure authentication in secure cable / wireless networks. Also worth noting is the durable 18 mm thick aluminium case (weight 1.4 kg) and the waterproof keyboard with white LED backlighting. The important advantages of Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G3 ACL laptops can also be attributed to 14-inch screens based on FullHD resolution IPS matrices with wide viewing angles and anti-glare coating. An impressive level of computing performance is guaranteed using 4-, 6- or 8-core processors of the AMD Ryzen 5000 U-series family (Zen3, Lucienne core, 7 nm). The integrated AMD Radeon Vega 6/7/8 graphics core delivers baseline 3D performance and supports FHD/UHD/4K hardware video decoding. All laptops are capable of working effectively in Wi-Fi 6 (802.11n/ac/ax) and GbE LAN environments.
