Lenovo's line of high-end 14-inch business-class ultrabooks designed to meet the widest range of workloads. They belong to the upper price range and will be especially useful for people who have to spend a lot of time on the road and need a powerful and reliable travel companion. A characteristic feature of the series is a lightweight shockproof case that weighs only 1.4 kg (with a thickness of 17 mm) and is not afraid of accidental drops, bumps and shaking in the bag.

According to the manufacturer, ThinkPad L14 Gen 3 laptops have passed more than 200 stress tests and fully comply with the military standard MIL-STD-810. The Intel Alder Lake Core i5/i7 hardware platform is responsible for the computing power of the system. They are equipped with hybrid cores that independently distribute the load between threads and cores, optimizing system performance and power consumption.

The processor is complemented by 8 or 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, a fast NVMe SSD (capacity up to 512 GB) and an integrated Intel Iris graphics card in the CPU. Using the Alder Lake system is extremely beneficial for battery life: the manufacturer promises 16 hours of text-document mode, as well as support for fast charging, which can replenish 80% of the battery charge in just 1 hour at the outlet.

All devices in the series are equipped with 14-inch IPS displays with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio), a standard margin of brightness and anti-glare coating. To protect user data, there is a ThinkShutter webcam shutter and an embedded ThinkShield software package that includes a TPM encryption module and a fingerprint reader for fast and secure authentication. And in the center of the keyboard there is a branded red trackpoint, which, according to the manufacturer, is a convenient alternative to the usual mouse or touch touchpad.
