I took a long time to choose an air conditioner for my home and couldn't decide until I listened to a friend who advised me to consider LG air conditioners. After some thought, I decided to go with this model because I liked the design and it fit perfectly for the square footage. In the apartment, it handles its task very well, and most importantly, it's quiet. It doesn't make the noise of a running tractor, which also made me very happy. Additionally, it has many useful functions like ventilation mode (without cooling and heating), automatic temperature maintenance, fault self-diagnosis, and night mode. All the functions are useful and necessary and I use them. The quality of materials and assembly are also at a high level. We bought the LG S22EQ split system in 2020 for our new apartment. As it turned out, we rarely stayed there and only turned it on for 40 minutes before autumn and winter came, so we didn't use it. So, in terms of time, we used it for about a month, and it worked for just a few hours during that month. When summer came and we began using the split system fully, it turned out that after turning it on, about an hour and a half later, the outdoor unit started making a RUMBLE like a tractor and began vibrating heavily. Accordingly, I submitted a repair request to the LG SERVICE CENTER. Not only did their technician start demanding money just for the call when he called, but he also began rejecting all my repair requests. The technician didn't even inspect it. He told the company that the inspection had been carried out and it was the installers' fault. Although it works for an hour with no noise or vibration. The installers just laughed at the situation and asked what they could do. LG assumes I will repair it myself, despite it being a new split system. I am currently considering taking the matter to court and seeking an independent examination. Do not buy this split system. Moreover, I bought two split systems. The second one also just doesn't cool. Buy another brand of air conditioner that will cool your room to the desired temperature in five minutes. The second split system seems to be blowing air, it's filled with coolant (I checked specifically), but it cools poorly even if you turn on the JET MODE function.
