Magnum MIG 222 Dual Puls Synergia is a semi-automatic inverter for manual welding (MMA and TIG) and semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG) with copper-coated or flux-cored wire in a shielding gas environment. The device is suitable for working with steel, stainless steel and aluminum, supports wire with a diameter of 0.8, 1 and 1.2 mm and electrodes up to 5 mm.
Unlimited customization and programming possibilities
A special feature of this model is the fine-tuning of the device using knobs and buttons, as well as through a menu with many parameters. The welder can control the current (20 - 200 A for MMA and 50 - 200 A for MIG/MAG), adjust the voltage and adjust the wire feed speed (1 - 15 m/min). You can also configure functions that facilitate manual welding (Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD) and automatic operation (wire afterburning, gas supply and inductance). In pulse welding mode, you can select the type of pulsation and configure its parameters. The machine supports two-stroke and four-stroke modes, as well as spot welding modes (SPOT and CPOT).
Ready settings for all occasions
Synergic control mode includes preset settings for different types of welding. The package has settings for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The user can select the type of welding and wire diameter, and the machine automatically selects the optimal parameters. Your own settings can be saved in the device memory (36 channels) for reuse.
