Inverter welding power source with pulse mode
The Magnum THF 201 Puls inverter is designed for manual arc welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals with conventional (MMA) or non-consumable (TIG) electrodes. With a power of 6.9 kVA (maximum current - 200 A), the device supports work with electrodes up to 4 mm. The kit includes long cables and a 4-meter hose for gas supply. Despite the outdated class F insulation, the inverter is not prone to overheating: at 200 A, the switching frequency coefficient is 60%, and at a current of less than 156 A - 100%.
Settings and adjustments
Electronic circuits based on IGBT ensure stable operation of the device, minimal electromagnetic interference, high efficiency and accuracy of settings. The user can configure the main current parameters: its strength (20 - 200 A) and inductance. TIG mode also regulates the gas supply. There is a button on the panel to turn on the pulse mode, improving the quality of the seam due to current pulsation with two frequencies: high and low.
Welding machine for real craftsmen
The Magnum THF 201 Puls inverter is suitable for experienced welders who professionally weld non-ferrous metals and alloys. It is unlikely to be suitable for beginners due to the lack of auxiliary functions.
