Quiet operation of a performant motor
Kitchen products of the MAUNFELD trademark have been represented in Russia for over 10 years. Despite the positioning of the brand as British, it is unlikely that the British themselves know anything about it, since neither the official website nor the details of the international contact could be found. However, this brand has developed a good reputation, which is supported by real reviews about the quality of household appliances and its affordable price. The MAUNFELD BRIDGE LINE 60 wall-mounted hood with a 60 cm wide sloped front is an inexpensive solution for air purification in a large kitchen up to 35 m2. With a relatively low power consumption of 190 W, the electric motor develops a high performance of 850 m³ / h. As a plus, we note the quiet operation of the device, which produces a background noise of only 52 dB at maximum speed.

The model, released in 2021, does not stand out for its sophisticated design and is painted in practical black. On the front panel of tempered glass there is a longitudinal insert made of brushed stainless steel, on which mechanical control buttons are mounted. There is a standard set of switches here: turning on the motor, starting at one of 3 speeds and turning on the LED backlight (2x3 W). The front is easily opened with a convenient pneumatic gas-lift system for removing and servicing the multi-layer grease filter. To operate the device in recirculation mode, it is necessary to purchase a CF140C carbon filter, which is not included in the delivery set. Please note that this model is designed for connection to a Ø 120 mm air duct, so an adapter kit will be required for installation on an exhaust duct of a different diameter. The hood is made in Poland, so you should not worry about its quality.
