It features a stylish exterior design, a relatively small body width (25 cm), the use of a practical electronic control system and high taste characteristics of prepared drinks.

Optimized pre-soaking and AES extraction processes guarantee excellent flavor and aroma development. Equipped with a built-in coffee grinder with durable burrs made of high-alloy food-grade stainless steel, it works only with coffee beans. For the preparation of coffee and milk drinks (cappuccino, latte, latte macchiato) there is an automatic cappuccinatore. In addition to espresso and milk mixtures, the Melitta Caffeo Passione F53 / 0-101 coffee maker can prepare lungo, ristretto, americano and cream coffee.

It can also heat milk or hot water for brewing tea and herbal preparations. An electronic control system with LED-indication allows you to control the degree of grinding, strength, volume and temperature of the finished drink. The built-in coffee grinder works to the last bean, which prevents mixing of different varieties. A full filling of the coffee maker (125 g of beans and 1.2 mL of water) is enough to brew 11-22 servings of espresso.
