I purchased an iron with a steamer, and I would like to say a few things. The appearance exceeds expectations after viewing it in pictures, with a rubberized handle, it's very comfortable to hold and iron, it fits in the hand perfectly. After long use, the hand doesn't get tired. The iron's soleplate is ceramic, which is gentle on clothes. There is also both a "steam supply" and "steam burst" function, with a button to adjust the steam, which is a very necessary and useful feature in an iron. It can even steam clothes vertically (which is needed so you don't have to take out a board and save time). The iron has an LCD display - not only does it look stylish, but it is also very convenient. The cord is 2.5 meters long, allowing you to reach the needed place across the room. I received an orange puzzle mat as a gift. There is a warranty - 36 months, which I think is pretty good. I was drawn in by a good brand. But I was so disappointed when I ironed for the first time. I set it to the cotton mode, started ironing a cotton T-shirt, and at the first touch, the T-shirt began to melt. I quickly moved the iron and burned a hole in the ironing board cover. The iron, even not on the maximum setting, managed to burn through the ironing board. It's just a nightmare. I've never had this happen with irons from other well-known brands (I had 2 irons before this one). In short, nice packaging, cool brand, but unfortunately, that's where it ends for me. The next day, I took it back to the store, demanding a refund (I couldn't do it on the same day since I bought it at 9 PM, and the store was open until 10 PM). They took it for examination. The basic functions of the device include automatic shutdown. It works after 30 seconds if the iron is in a horizontal position, and after 8 minutes in a vertical position.
