Operating modes :
Electronic temperature control
The use of Miele electronics ensures high temperature accuracy in the oven with a minimum of fluctuations in all cooking modes. If the temperature deviates by more than 1°C from the set value, the electronics immediately corrects it. The set temperatures are selected in the range of 30-300°C.
Bank of recommended temperatures
Once you have selected a specific oven function, your hob will automatically suggest the most suitable temperature setting for you. In most cases, this temperature is perfect. However, if you still want to change this temperature, you can adjust it in steps of 5 degrees.
Use of residual heat
This energy-saving feature is a unique Miele find: the electronics automatically decides when the heat reaches the right temperature to cook the dish and switches off the heat at the right time. Energy saving up to 20%.
Remaining time indicator
When operating in the automatic programme mode, the hob independently “calculates” how long the dish needs to be cooked. You can see at a glance on the display when the stew or roast beef is ready and when the garnish needs to be prepared. Thus, everything is served on the table on time.
Digital Watch
Electronic clocks allow you to receive important information. For example, the start, duration and end time of cooking, which are set using the keys. Thanks to this feature, you can set the end of cooking time to the nearest minute.
