Miele is not what it used to be. Greatly reduced the cost and reduced reliability.

Mile is not the same in terms of quality. Yes, the appearance is beautiful, there are many functions, but the stainless steel of the drum and tank is thin, the frame is weak, relatively old miles. The drum is often torn off from the cross, which, by the way, is made of aluminium alloy instead of stainless, which was before, and literally rots in three years, requiring replacement, which is not very cheap. By the way, often when the drum breaks, it crumples the tank, which is made of stainless foil, it is so thin. The twin-dos system clogs if not used constantly, and the pump of this system also burns out, which is very expensive in the post-warranty period. The tank is suspended by cast iron lugs of counterweights, instead of the special brackets that used to be, and this is very unreliable. A lot of Chinese spare parts, including motor and drum bearings. The inside is sloppy and cheap compared to the cars that came before. Shock absorbers are plastic, the same as on cheap cars. The manhole cover is plastic (on the old ones it was cast metal and chrome plated).
Design, functions, display, connection to hot water (it saves a lot of energy if there is a system for heating water from the sun), and washing by electricity literally costs a penny, the steam generator adequately smoothes the laundry, it has no equal in any washing machine, very economical, very quiet, enamel coating of the case, which is difficult to scratch.
Very poorly made, broken. The service life is declared 10 years, which is not much more than on low-cost (7 years) washing machines. On the old Miele, the service life was 20 years. Plastic turns yellow after 3 years. The touch screen is rubbed with fingers. Repairs are frequent and very expensive.
