The tent of the Ukrainian brand MOUSSON is available in three colours (green, khaki and lime). It has a hemispherical shape typical for tracking models, which is formed by two arcs of fiberglass 8.5 mm thick.
Comfort for the tourist
As for a three-seat model, it has medium dimensions in a case (58x17x17 cm) and moderate weight (3.4 kg), which will not become a serious burden on a hiking trip.
When unfolded, MOUSSON Fly 3 will provide three vacationers with a comfortable square-shaped sleeping place (2.05x2.05 m). Due to the solid height (140 cm), users will be comfortable not only to lie and sit, but also to move inside. There are pockets on the sides of the inner tent, and at the top there is a shelf and a loop for a lantern.
The model provides one entrance, duplicated by a mosquito net, and a triangular vestibule. The size of the latter (depth 90 cm) is quite enough to hide backpacks and other equipment of three tourists from bad weather.
Lightweight and durable fabric materials
All textile elements of MOUSSON Fly 3 are made of polyester. Breathable fabric is used for the inner tent, and a dense (190T) 75D fabric with a water resistance rating of 5000 mm is used for the bottom.
The outer awning is made of lightweight polyester fiber with an impregnation that protects against UV and fire. The material in the area of the seams and corners is additionally reinforced by special sizing. Polyurethane impregnation is responsible for the water resistance of the awning at the level of 2000 mm. This is quite enough for light rain and dew, but not for showers or prolonged precipitation.
Pleasant trifles
Ventilation, in addition to the entrance, is provided by a pair of ventilation windows with wind flaps. SBS brand products are used as zipper fittings, which have high durability. The tent comes with 12 metal pegs. Anti-wind extensions and zippers are supplemented with reflective elements, which makes them clearly visible at night.
MOUSSON Fly 3 is a comfortable temporary home for three people at an affordable price, which is great for dry or little rain weather.
