The GF63 12VE laptop family has expanded the MSI's GF Thin brand lineup for 2023, which combines compact gaming solutions. The series features a body made of plastic and aluminum that is 22mm thick and weighs 1.9kg. These models can be recommended to gamers who are considering mid-budget laptops for purchase, aiming for good performance and speed in games without obvious overpayments.

The MSI Thin GF63 12VE laptops come with a 15.6-inch screen with a matte finish and an IPS panel, providing wide viewing angles and quick response. A significant advantage of the display is the increased 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals without tearing. The "hardware" of the models includes 12th Gen Intel Core processors. These could be an 8-core Core i5 12450H engine or a 10-core i7 12650H.

Most laptops in the family provide 16GB RAM with an optional upgrade possibility up to 64GB, an SSD M.2 solid-state drive with 512GB storage, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Max-Q discrete graphics adapter with 6GB of video memory.
