Remarkably, different colour illumination is provided for each temperature mode. So, when the contents boil, the scale for indicating the level of contents in a 1.7-liter tank is highlighted in red tones, and, for example, at the minimum heating temperature (60 °C), the backlight changes colour to green.

In addition, the Mystery MEK-1640 "delivered" the function of maintaining the set temperature for half an hour. Like most colleagues in the workshop, the electric kettle is installed on a round stand in any direction. Removing and placing the device on the heating base is accompanied by an audible signal.
