A good air conditioner for a small amount of money!

Purchased for a country house with three small rooms separated by walls without doors. The total area is approximately 45m². This air conditioner, which is supposedly rated for 35m², handles the space perfectly both for cooling and heating. During installation, the technicians encountered no issues and were very surprised by the cost of such a device, saying it was very cheap (13k at the time of purchase). The remote is a bit different from the one in the photo, specifically the design of the buttons and the information on the display, but that’s not a problem as even grandma managed to use it. Sleeping next to it while it operates is impossible because it makes a fair amount of noise even in quiet mode. Overall, after two months of use, no issues have arisen.

p.s. In reviews, it's often mentioned that a side cover for the outdoor unit wasn't included; this air conditioner is not supposed to have one!
Performs well on an area slightly larger than specified by the manufacturer, easy to install, possibility to expand functionality with a Wi-Fi module for smartphone control,
Quite noisy during operation and during mode switching, in peak moments the lights in the house flicker and I think the manufacturer has been misleading about the "A" energy efficiency class for this non-inverter air conditioner.
