The NAC CE18-35-NH is a typical example of an inexpensive chain saw designed for domestic use. It is equipped with a motor with a power of 1800 W (due to the transverse arrangement of the motor, the body is quite compact and not “elongated” in length). Such power cannot be called large, but in everyday life this is usually enough (demanding users can pay attention to the larger saws NAC CE20-40-NS-H and NAC CE24-OS-G, having 2000 W and 2400 W, respectively). The chain accelerates to 13 m/s - this is a normal value for tools of this class, allowing you to quickly, but at the same time “cleanly” cut wood with different characteristics: live tree branches, logs or dried lumber. The saw is equipped with a chain brake (operates in 0.12 s) and an oil tank with a volume of 0.3 liters, from which oil flows into the automatic chain lubrication system.

Tool for moderate use around the home or garden

Despite some “budget” (this model is considered inexpensive) and the complete absence of any “breakthrough” solutions in the design of the tool, the NAC CE18-35-NH, nevertheless, is a high-quality and versatile saw that can solve many problems in the country or personal plot. It has an optimal tire size (350 mm) and is strong enough to cut firewood, cut young trees, trim branches on old trees or clear out thickets of bushes. It can also be used for small construction tasks (for example, if you are doing a DIY roof repair or building a gazebo in the garden) when you need to cut boards or trim a wooden beam to the desired size. In a word, this saw is quite capable of “covering” your requests, if they are not too high. But it’s not worth buying NAC products for use as a professional tool and daily work for 8 hours - this is equipment of the wrong class.
