Model overview based on user reviews
The NAVIEN Ace-13A Atmo 13 kW gas boiler is a mixed bag according to user reviews. It is praised for being well-adapted to local conditions, handling low gas or water pressure and voltage fluctuations effectively. The boiler offers a decent amount of hot water with good pressure, and comes with a remote control panel that is fully Russified, which is a plus for local users. Safety features like protection against freezing, poor draft, and overheating are appreciated. However, some users have experienced issues with noise during ignition and the circulation pump, although these sounds are described as manageable. Concerns about the boiler's reliability are noted, with some users reporting frequent breakdowns and expensive repairs, especially when dealing with hard water. The product is considered affordable compared to European models, but the quality seems inconsistent, with some units performing well over years and others failing quickly. Overall, it seems to be a cost-effective option with potential reliability issues.

Take it, if the water is not hard, for 5 years of work with prevention at least once every 2 years
8 April 2019
The boiler worked for 7 years... Only the frame of the boiler remained unreplaced. Every year something flew out, plus the work of an expensive craftsman. I understood one thing - I had to buy TWO boilers at once. (One for spare parts) Gas part - no problem. Anything related to water, especially hard water - God forbid. My friends have already had their third boiler in 5 years. And for others, it’s been six years and they’ve never called a repairman. Miracles...
Well advertised. Spare parts are no problem and not very expensive.
I wish the description were more technically advanced (setting the "brains").
Work with "hard" water.

don’t buy spare parts; you can’t find them; they’re very expensive; they often break down and become a hassle.
somehow heats the water
noisy fuck pump din but don't buy it

Honest and accessible double-circuit Korean

Its main advantage is that the boiler is already fully adapted to our conditions. Unlike most Europeans, it is not afraid of low gas or water pressure and can continue to operate normally even with significant fluctuations in supply voltage. Valuable properties, to be sure. Two heat exchangers, the heating circuit heat exchanger is made of copper, and the hot water supply circuit is heated by a stainless steel plate apparatus. It provides a lot of hot water and good pressure, I tested it personally - my wife likes to hang out in the shower/bath for a long time. The boiler comes complete with a remote control panel with a thermostat and a decent LCD screen. The remote control and menu on the screen are completely Russified. Not all manufacturers pamper their customers this way. There are protections against freezing, poor draft, burner extinguishing, overpressure and overheating of the heating circuit. A safe boiler, in short. Korean assembly. Anything is better than domestic, Turkish or Chinese. Three-year branded warranty and availability of branded services. Affordable price. Much cheaper than Germans and Italians, with comparable quality.
When igniting, a quiet pop is heard. The sound is not loud, but at first it was particularly annoying. Then we got used to it. You can also hear the circulation pump, but the sound is monotonous and doesn’t hit your nerves. The boiler is not turbocharged, i.e. does not have an exhaust fan. Therefore, it needs a sane chimney and good draft.
