Wi-Fi classes in routers: what they are and how they affect Internet speedDeciphering and analysis of all current classes of routers

Wi-Fi without blind areas: stable signal throughout the house or apartmentSimple and efficient ways to ensure stable Wi-Fi signal in small and large rooms
Works stably without interruptions. During the initial launch, I forced me to register on netgear.com with an email. The firmware update arrived immediately. The arrived firmware (0066) is like a Chinese android - a lot of advertising and everything lights up and runs. Rolled back to the previous one (0044). Easily, through a microcode update in the web interface, I flashed to open-wrt v19.07.02. The router simply asked if I wanted to install a program that was older than the one already installed, anyway install? "yes" and open-wrt was installed. open-wrt didn't suit me. I returned to factory firmware using a program recommended on the Russian-speaking Netgear forum (was it tftp2 or something?). The difficulties mentioned on the official open-wrt website regarding flashing this router didn't work, it turned out to be much simpler/easier (at least that's how it worked out for me). Use less than 1 month. I haven’t discovered it yet. |
