A practical scooter with a 250 W electric drive that transmits torque to the front drive wheel. On flat terrain, the model develops a travel rate of up to 25 km / h, and it can also climb hills with a steepness of up to 10 °. In total, four riding modes are available to the user: energy-saving Eco, standard D, sports S and walking mode, which will come in handy in pedestrian areas (it allows you to easily push the scooter next to you at speeds up to 5 km / h).

The Ninebot KickScooter D18E features 10" pneumatic tubed tyres for a comfortable and smooth ride. The scooter has an electronic anti-lock braking system (E-ABS) on the front wheel, and a drum brake on the rear wheel. Power is supplied to the engine of the device from a 5.1 Ah rechargeable battery, the full charge of which is enough for about 18 km. The procedure for replenishing energy reserves in the battery tanks takes 3.5 hours. A full-color LED screen is visible in the center of the model's steering column with a single control button that makes it easy to turn the KickScooter on and off, control the front light and switch between riding modes. The weight of the electric scooter is 14.8 kg.
