There was no monitoring CD, but everything is downloaded from the Internet. Be sure to download the manual and read it carefully! I liked everything, especially the fact that everything is displayed on a liquid crystal display. Touch it, it turns on for 4 seconds, touch it several times - it displays the next parameter (switching in a circle). My favorite parameter is the percentage load - it turns out that I have only about 40%. I'm happy that there is a USB connection and you can set the local shutdown mode through the Internet browser.
