Model overview based on user reviews
The NOVAtec EWH A boiler is a budget-friendly option with mixed reviews. Many users appreciate its affordability and quick water heating capabilities, but there are significant concerns about its durability and reliability. Common issues include leaks developing after a short period, often around 1.5 to 2 years, and the warranty terms being misleading, as they require annual maintenance for validity. Some users report satisfactory performance for several years, while others experience early failures. The boiler's build quality and service support have been criticized, with some customers facing difficulties with repairs and replacements. Overall, while it offers a low-cost solution, potential buyers should weigh the risk of frequent maintenance and possible early replacement.

If you were to briefly characterize it, the phrase "cheap and cheerful" would fit.
26 April 2016
Due to constant interruptions in the supply of hot water, I decided to install a storage water heater. The family is rather big - 4 people, so the volume of hot water is also needed decent - about 100 liters. There are many models of such a volume on the market, but a price review showed that my modest financial capabilities would only be enough for a domestic device. I chose this model based on reviews and recommendations from sellers of water heating equipment.
Good protection of the tank with enamel coating and, additionally, a magnesium protector anode. The tank itself is also quite massive and has two-millimeter walls. Durable and corrosion-resistant copper heating elements. In my opinion, they are better than the trendy "dry" ones simply because they heat the water directly, not through an additional wall. And the talk about the higher efficiency of "dry" heating elements is complete nonsense. Easy to install on site. I installed it myself without any problems, although I had to call a neighbor to help hang it higher on the wall – it is quite large after all.
Small, for such a volume, the power of the heating element. Therefore, the heating time of a full tank of cold water is indecently long. In fact, you have to wait 4-4.5 hours, which at times is quite annoying. The anode wears out quite quickly - after a year and a half, a miserable stub remains from it, requiring replacement. After replacing the heating element, the gasket leaked. The replacement also leaked, and it was possible to eliminate the leak only the third time.

i worked for 9 years and now I’m looking for the same one. I haven’t changed anything, it hangs in the bathroom, where it’s constantly damp. I’m changing it because it’s digging, the place around the entrance to the tank itself has rotted, and the heater works fine. Once I bought it as the best option for the price and thickness of the tank and I don’t regret it.
Never been repaired, withstood all voltage fluctuations
gives sometimes strong boiling water.

heats water quickly. Keeps temperature for a long time. Inexpensive price
it worked for 1.5 years and started leaking one fine morning. The warranty on the tank and electrical components is only one year.
