I bought it expecting that this MFP would be used not only as a printer, scanner, and copier but also as a fax - it is really well-suited for such a purpose. But "something went wrong," and we gave up on the fax functions, relying on email instead. Overall, the device proved to be a convenient and efficient printing and copying machine. This is one of the fastest models for the money. The print speed of 33 pages per minute is frankly good. Sheets literally fly into the output tray, and printing large documents no longer requires noticeable time. It can work with thin paper up to 60 g/m² as well as semi-cardstock up to 160 g/m². I have no complaints about the print quality, it's all OK on regular office paper, and on glossy presentation paper, at a resolution of 1200x1200 dots, you get truly monochrome masterpieces. And I'm not exaggerating; the clarity is really perfect. But I must repeat, you can see this only on high-quality paper! It can connect to a high-speed gigabit local network and supports direct printing via Wi-Fi. Also, it impressed me with the quality and speed of scanning and the convenience when working with large volumes of scanning/copying, for which the 50-sheet automatic feeder is very helpful. The selection of consumables includes a high-capacity toner cartridge for 7,000 pages, which is just right for an office. All users of laser printers and MFPs are used to these devices taking noticeable time to warm up, but with a cold start here, this time is VERY prolonged. The first page does not come out until at least a minute after sending it to print. Even if the MFP has "dozed off" in power-saving standby mode, it takes almost 20 seconds to wake up and get ready for work. This feature is very annoying and makes you waste time unnecessarily, especially on small 1-2 page tasks. The starter toner cartridge has a halved capacity of 1500 pages. It's a common practice, but still not very pleasant. |
