Electric trimmer with a rated power of 1100 watts. The manufacturer supplied the device with only one nozzle - a classic reel with a fishing line with a grip width of 40 cm. The rod is curved, which allows you to choose a more comfortable hand position. The position of the handle is adjustable by the user in height. Among other things, let's pay attention to the anti-vibration system and a special engine brake. Another noteworthy point is that the weight of this tool does not exceed 3.5 kg.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Oleo-Mac TR 111E trimmer is recognized for its powerful motor and ability to handle tough grass and bushes, making it a suitable choice for those needing strength in their garden equipment. However, users frequently mention the significant vibration during operation, which can cause discomfort and fatigue, especially after prolonged use. Despite having an anti-vibration system, the trimmer's vibration remains a notable issue. The device is somewhat heavy, adding to the challenge of extended use. Some users have experienced issues with the plastic strap hook breaking, indicating potential durability concerns. The automatic line feed system is appreciated for its convenience, but there are occasional problems with grass wrapping around the spool. Overall, while the trimmer is effective in cutting, it requires some adjustments and patience to manage its drawbacks.

For those who "got burned" buying this trimmer.
This is my first trimmer. I chose electric. After the first use, due to terrible vibration, my left hand even cramped. The manufacturer did something unusual.
Then I started to investigate the issue: 1) forum members suggested wrapping foam around the handle - thanks, it helped. 2) as it turns out, vibration isn't always present - you can trim without issues, it runs smoothly, even at high speeds.
I noticed that the vibration disappears after several cycles of extending the line - then it reoccurs, then goes away again. Most likely, there's an eccentric (imbalance) in the spool with the line.
Additionally, vibration occurs when the line gets very short or when the line becomes uneven on both sides during trimming. Regarding grass wrapping in the gap between the spool and the shield:
for attaching the shield, screws with tall heads + washer + lock washer are used - of course..., why wouldn't grass get wrapped around such high protrusions. Hex screws + lock washer + washer - reliable..., but what's the point?...
I replaced the screws with flat/round heads without lock washers and washers to minimize the height, but the screw length should be at least as long as the original ones. Grass still wraps, but significantly less frequently, and depending on the terrain/grass, it doesn't wrap at all. From a safety standpoint - in my opinion, the shield holds perfectly, the screws don't come loose, but you will need to check them periodically and possibly tighten them (the screw length should be at least as long as the original ones).

Powerful trimmer

Who needs power, take it
Top motor with great power. Automatic head - the line extends itself - very convenient.
It vibrates a lot - your hands get tired after 10 minutes of work. Not very light, but very powerful, you can mow bushes.

Addition: On the 3rd use, the plastic "ear" ("half-ear") for hooking the strap broke off - logically - with the weight of the brush cutter and the design of this mount - in a word, "weak", and it broke off. For now, I just hooked the strap onto the pipe. In general, good luck to everyone.

Ask Question

The device of the authoritative Italian brand Oleo-Mac is positioned as a balanced and convenient device for cutting grass. It has to cope with beautifying small lawns and/or mowing close to fences, sidewalks, flowerbeds and other lawn mower obstructions.

Lightweight and practical braid

Oleo-Mac TR 111E received a curved rod made of aluminium. It is not afraid of corrosion, strong enough and light, which has a positive effect on the total weight of the trimmer, which is equal to 4.45 kg. To make the device even less noticeable to the hands, the shoulder suspension helps, transferring the main burden to the operator's back.

In addition to the ergonomic bar, ease of use is facilitated by the upper location of the power unit (favorably affects weight distribution), the presence of a height-adjustable D-shaped handle, as well as simple control with start and lock buttons.

Performant solution for domestic needs

The engine power of the Oleo-Mac TR 111E is 1100 W, which, according to the manufacturer, is enough to cut tough grass, large weeds and tidy up slightly neglected house or garden plots. The trimmer head is represented by a reel with an automatic line feed system. The maximum grass grip provided by the nozzle reaches 40 cm, as with the inferior Oleo-Mac TR 92E model in terms of power.

The disadvantage of the scythe is significant acoustic discomfort: the noise felt by the user reaches 87 dB. Also, the owners note the strong vibrations of the case, which at first need to get used to, especially the fair sex and the elderly. Anyway, Oleo-Mac TR 111E remains in demand on the market, attracting those who appreciate reliable and durable garden equipment from a trusted manufacturer.
