Meet AntiGravity!
Perhaps the main advantage of the backpack is the innovative and proprietary AntiGravity suspension system. It is distinguished from other pendants by the design - the back, straps and unloading belt are presented in a single piece. At the same time, they do not separate from the backpack, although the possibility of fine adjustment remains. So, the straps can be adjusted in height in several positions, and the belt in length using a retractable rigid frame. The entire structure is covered with a PowerMesh membrane, which removes heat and moisture well and provides air circulation. In fact, the back of the backpack can be adjusted to fit any figure.
Loops and slings
On the front side, there are fastenings for attachments, including fairly large ones. For example, trekking poles or ice axes. Loops and ties are provided for them, and there are also two straps to fix the mat or sleeping bag. Moreover, these are not compression straps (there are such on the sides for tightening), but slings for various hiking accessories. Their presence, of course, pleases, but for most competitors, such harnesses also allow you to reduce the voids inside the backpack.
One head it's good, but two better
We note an interesting feature - the ability to remove the valve, and close the upper entrance to the main compartment with an awning on slings with fastex locks. This will reduce the weight of the backpack and its dimensions, which will please when hiking short distances. Osprey Atmos AG 65 is one of the few models that retains full protection against moisture and dust without a valve. At the same time, its removal will practically not affect the usable volume, which is 65 liters, and holds an impressive weight, taking into account any hiking accessories. By the way, there is also a full-fledged rain cover, so anyway, the contents of the backpack will not suffer even in extreme weather conditions.
In most respects, this is a classic hiking backpack, although there are some very interesting features that greatly increase comfort and wearability.
