Freezing is not a problem

Manufacturer Outwell classifies the sleeping bag as a four-season solution. But given our harsh winters, it would be fair to call the model a full-fledged three-season, adjusted for readiness for light frosts.

The basis of high-quality thermal insulation of Outwell Camper Lux Double is a 2-layer synthetic insulation Isofill. Its layers are placed with an offset relative to each other, which is designed to eliminate the so-called cold bridges. Together with additional equipment, namely a hood, a thermal collar and bolsters at the zipper, the sleeping bag will take care of a carefree overnight stay for tourists when it gets cold to temperatures from +5 to -1 °C.

It will be too hot to sleep here at temperatures above 21 °C, and hypothermia is possible when the thermometer drops below -16 °C.

Not only warm, but also comfortable

Outwell Camper Lux Double is a double model with a wide 150 cm sleeper. The sleeping bag is also long (235 cm), but there is a hood in the upper part, so the maximum height of the vacationer should not exceed 2 metres.

A two-way YKK zipper, internal pockets, anti-bite protection and drying loops are complemented by much rarer equipment pieces. First of all, it is worth mentioning the removable hood and a pair of pillows built into it, designed to create conditions for an overnight stay, as close as possible to a full-fledged home rest.

Safe materials

The inner lining of the sleeping bag is made of natural flannel, which performs well in both warm and cold weather. The outer material here is polycotton (with a proportion of 80 to 20% between polyester and cotton). By the way, for synthetics, compliance with the PFC free standard is claimed, so this fabric is environmentally friendly and does not contain harmful chemicals.

The disadvantages of the model include high cost and a large weight of 4 kg. But if you are looking for a high-quality, warm and comfortable sleeping-blanket for two from a European brand, then the Outwell Camper Lux Double definitely deserves attention.
