It is not considered waterproof, but after cutting, I constantly removed the cutting unit and washed it and the entire machine under running water. Then I lubricated the cutting edges and rubbing parts. So far there have been no problems after washing. I've been cutting my own hair for over 20 years. There were different cars. The penultimate one is Panasonic ER146, but when my wife gave me this one - ER1611, I realized what a real Japanese hair clipper is. I've been using it for over 10 years. I cut my head, mustache and beard. Not a machine, but pure pleasure. It still cuts perfectly and silently!!! The only problem is that the battery capacity has dropped, although of course it’s a sin to complain! I've worked for so many years!!!! In general - an excellent, high-quality THING!!! In 15 years of working as a men's stylist, this is one of the worst models I've come across. I got swayed by the positive reviews, seriously!? Not only is this clipper incredibly uncomfortable to hold, but the dial that adjusts the blade size is very stiff, and the blades heat up like crazy while in use! Clients complain that it feels hot on their heads. The battery charge indicator stopped working just a few days after purchase. I'm in shock, I've never had such a terrible model before. I was happy until I took it for sharpening, for that kind of money I should sharpen it, now where can I buy a knife, tell me? Great machine It was enough for 2 years without sharpening the knife, for that kind of money it should and must be sharpened |
