Has been working in the office for more than 8 years. Everything is great. Bought the same one for home, has been working for about 7 years. Now I will get it for my parents. We used a similar model (only the letter designation was slightly different). The thermopot served us faithfully for 5 years and 3 months. I read reviews and realized that this is not the limit. People have similar devices that last 7-8 years. But ours suddenly started leaking. The service center said there was a microcrack in the tank. However, the pump and all the electronics are fully functional. Unfortunately, there are no tanks available. Therefore, it couldn't be repaired. Even if it could be, the cost of such a repair is very high - more than 50% of the original cost... I don't understand why this "pot" costs that much. We're like lost without it. We temporarily set up an electric kettle, but my hand keeps automatically reaching for the now nonexistent button. I'm planning to buy the same again. It's very convenient for a family. For the three of us, 4L is just enough for an entire day. Fill it up in the evening, and the whole day is worry-free. And you don't have to wait for it to boil. I'm happy with everything. I would like the container to be more reliable in light of the above... Doesn't exist for me. |
