In the Panasonic SD-255WTS, bread is baked in a special bucket made of non-stick material. It does not need to be pre-lubricated with anything and the finished product is always easy to get out of it.
Depending on the kind of bread you decide to make, the bread maker can work on one of 9 programmed baking modes: basic mode for bread made from white wheat flour, quick baking, rye, diet, French bread, gluten-free bread (for celiacs), bread from several types of flour, making bread with dried fruits, baking confectionery.
The bread maker is able to cook 3 sizes of loaves of bread — from 600 to 1250 gr. The choice of colour of a crust is possible: light, average, dark.
In addition to baking bread, Panasonic SD-255WTS allows you to knead the dough. Add the necessary ingredients, select the appropriate mode, and the bread machine will do everything by itself. Among the 8 pre-set dough kneading modes, there are modes for kneading dough for pizza and dumplings.
For those with a sweet tooth, a special Jam mode has been added to the Panasonic SD-255WTS bread maker.
Thanks to the delay timer, you can always get fresh bread on time. The maximum delay time — 13 hours — will allow, for example, to programme the bread machine in the evening, and get a hot bun for breakfast.
Panasonic SD-255WTS is equipped with a 10-minute power surge protection — if during the preparation of bread the voltage in the network becomes less than 220V, which leads to the shutdown of most electrical products, the baking process will not stop for 10 minutes.
