Representatives of the developer company Alarm Trade say this about their new product: “ Pandora DXL 3000 is the second round of the evolution of the DXL platform.”
The first thing that catches your eye is the appearance of a double-sided keychain with a liquid crystal display. In addition to returning to the end location of the control buttons, the company's engineers implemented confirmation of pressing the key fob buttons with vibration and sound notifications. In addition, the body of the key fob is made using new casting methods, and the LCD display is protected by a silicone patch, which has significantly increased its service life by protecting it from mechanical stress, shock, dust and moisture.

Pandora DXL 3000 is equipped with a new coding algorithm that completely eliminates the possibility of electronic hacking. Just think: the encryption key is 80 bits long. It is also important that the improved radio channel increased the range of the key fob by approximately 30%. Also, the stability and quality of the system performance in conditions with a high level of interference has been increased.
As for the user interface, there have also been a number of significant changes that will please every car owner. First, the illogical access schemes for some functions have been changed. Secondly, the nature of the indication of the lack of communication between the key fob and the base has been changed: a flashing red light is supplemented by a flashing antenna icon, which allows the owner to be aware of what is happening under any weather conditions. Thirdly, there was a function of informing about the end of the engine start time, as well as the ability to extend its operation for some more time (a three-second press of the first button prolongs the operation of the engine by 5 minutes).
Nevertheless, the most successful functions when creating a new alarm system were saved.
