The American company Patriot with production facilities in China has been known in the east european market for more than 18 years. The power tool of this brand is famous for its quality and reliability, combined with an adequate price. The LV500 pneumatic spray gun fully justifies the manufacturer's philosophy, which is entirely consumer-oriented.

Convenience and practicality

The compact metal case and durable plastic tank withstand even intense loads with honor. Not without reason, the manufacturer was not afraid to give a guarantee for the product for 36 months. Due to the use of aluminium alloy, the device is quite light (only 0.6 kg) and fits comfortably in the hand.

The tank is designed for 0.5 liters of paint mixture, which is quite enough for long-term work without refueling. The atomizer is easy to clean and the quick-release fitting makes it easy to connect the air hose.

Economy and efficiency

For operation, the LV 500 uses an LVLP spraying system(low volume at low pressure), which, on the one hand, provides economical air consumption (175 L / min) and paintwork, up to 70% of which remains on the painted surface, and on the other hand, requires professional painter.

A steel nozzle with a diameter of 1.5 mm makes the gun indispensable for applying 2-component primers, but for paint or varnish it is advisable to use a smaller nozzle. There is a torch adjustment from 200 to 280 mm, but due to the high sensitivity of the setting, you get used to it right away.

Otherwise, the Patriot LV 500 is a good choice for the spray gun, which is in service with the painter under the second number.
