I always had a biased opinion towards multicookers! But when I visited my friend and she praised hers, saying how wonderfully and quickly it cooks, and how many functions it has, plus she treated me to some amazing rice - I changed my mind. For New Year’s, I was gifted this miracle of technology, and of course, I immediately wanted to try it out. We cooked a potato in its skin in pressure cooker mode, using the grain function. It cooked in 13 minutes, very aromatic and importantly, all the vitamins remained in the vegetable. You can’t achieve that with water!!! Then we decided to try the delayed start and make a delicious breakfast at the same time, pumpkin porridge. I added the necessary ingredients (pumpkin, apples, rice, raisins), poured in milk and water. We set the hours at which the machine would start cooking; it's very important to account for 15-30 minutes for heating and pressure buildup. I was very worried that the fruits would overcook and turn into paste. But in the morning we woke up to a pleasant aroma from the kitchen, the porridge was excellent, and the fruits kept their consistency, I am thrilled!!! It's a COLOSSAL time saver!!! I recommend it to everyone who values saving time while eating properly and healthily! Spacious capacity, colossal time savings!!!!! Despite my skepticism, cooking quality!!! Did not find. This "miracle pot" arrived at our home a few months ago. Initially, I only used the standard, preset modes for cooking regular meals for the whole family. Recently, I mastered making sweet cakes and am incredibly pleased to have learned how to make yogurt with cottage cheese. It turned out to be even easier than regular pilaf. I use special Bakzdrav dry starters, mix them with milk, and voila, after 6-8 hours I have the most delicious dishes!
