result: high-grade meat will only get spoiled. Most likely, I'll be tinkering and bypassing the thermostat. Otherwise, as a meat grill - money wasted. the design is very good, easy to disassemble for cleaning. Fries vegetables well. the test was conducted on a beef steak. The cooking temperature is clearly insufficient. The reason is the thermostat; when a certain temperature is reached, the heating element turns off. It's impossible to cover the steak and cook it to be juicy inside. The result is pale meat, and if you insist on exterior cooking, you'll dry out the meat. Today I purchased this grill model. I cooked a fish steak and vegetables at the same time. I didn't understand the reviews about excessive drying or undercooking of foods. As far as I could figure out, the regulator only sets the temperature (by the way, mine clicks instead of floating), and you monitor the time yourself, roughly relying on the recommended time in the instructions. It periodically turns off, but then turns back on and continues grilling (read the instructions more carefully). In my case, at setting 4, the fish was perfectly cooked in 7 minutes. I'm pleased that nothing burned (I grilled the vegetables on a flat surface), and I cooked without oil. It's a convenient model, everything you need for an electric grill is provided. Quick meal preparation, incl. without oil. Possibility to cook a variety of products simultaneously. Haven't found any, except for the inconvenience of washing in a standard sink. But that will be the case with any similar grill. Not a double grilling surface (the lid is glass), but I have no trouble flipping the food while cooking. just bought Philips Avance Collection HD 6360 i recommend it should buy |
