I bought it because our good old (natural from abroad) Tefal had completely worn out and started leaking. And in summer, my husband has a lot of linen pants and shirts, and it couldn't handle them. We tried this Philips today - it's just amazing. It smoothens everything in seconds even not at full power. I think the ionic function isn't even necessary... everything is ironed perfectly anyway. Unless you come across some really stiff linen... looks chic and perfectly smooths linen, actually, that's exactly why this model was purchased. There's no need for the ionization function or extra steam; everything is in order as it is. Sits comfortably in the hand and glides smoothly over the fabric; it automatically turns off if you forget to unplug it from the socket. If you need an iron, this is one of the best models. Buy it and turn ironing into a pleasure! very good model. Lightweight but just glides and irons perfectly!!! Excellent steam puff. Ergonomics - everything is thought out in detail. Ionization is not just a gimmick, but a truly necessary function. Long cord is also a plus. not found yet. but maybe the price is a bit lower. Ulyana, usually irons from this company do not have such issues. However, this is just technology, and anything can happen. For such cases, this company offers an exchange warranty: if all the above happened to the iron through no fault of yours, then it is covered by an exchange warranty for two years. Present the receipt (and possibly your passport), the iron, and the warranty card at the store where you bought it and simply exchange it for a NEW one. That's it.
