Small but daring

Philips calls the Daily Collection HR 2603 a mini blender. This is partly due to its light weight (a little over 1.1 kg) and compact dimensions (together with the installed container, the dimensions are 11x11x34 cm), so the model should not clutter up the space either on the table or on the kitchen shelf.

The blender "knows how" to mix, chop and chop, with the help of a 350-watt motor that supports pulse mode and has protection against overheating. For greater convenience, 2 operating speeds are proposed: the first handles with most simple tasks, and the second provides more intensive mixing: suitable, for example, for crushing ice.

Three containers for different tasks

The Philips Daily Collection HR 2603 comes with three containers. In the main 600 mL, it is recommended to mix liquids and soft foods, prepare mashed potatoes or cream soups. Fans of an active lifestyle will find a 600-mL glass that fits in a car cup holder and, thanks to the drinking cap, is in no way inferior to a sports bottle. It should be used for preparing and carrying sports drinks.

The set is completed with a universal grinder — grinder. Here you can grind vegetables and herbs (up to 100 grams at a time), as well as grind solid foods (up to 50 g), such as sesame seeds, coffee beans, spices, dried peas, peeled nuts, etc.

Practical device

All containers and the knife block can be washed in the dishwasher. And the plastic case, which provides anti-slip feet for a stable position on various work surfaces, is enough to wipe with a dry cloth.
