The product is currently in working condition, no complaints so far. Over the last 9 months, two hairdryers have broken down. The first one worked for 5 months before it started rattling, and a few days later the screw got stuck. I use the hairdryer once a day; there have been no drops or impacts. Eldorado refunded my money under warranty. I bought the same one immediately in the store. It lasted 4 months. Yesterday, I was drying my hair when it suddenly stopped working and smelled like burning plastic. It turned out one of the blades broke off and got jammed. The Eldorado store refuses to take it back and wants to send it to the service center for inspection, claiming such a breakdown can only be due to an impact. The hairdryer is excellent. The beautiful black color with pink accents looks nice. It sits comfortably in the hand, not heavy at all, even with the diffuser attachment. There are two speeds, and usually, the lower one is enough for me, but for thicker hair, the more powerful mode might be better. Three temperature settings are available, including just cold air. My hair responded well; I've been using it for several months, sometimes daily, sometimes with breaks, and haven't noticed any changes. It's important to take care of the hair, avoid overdrying, and use products for heat protection. I also try to use full power sparingly to reduce the impact on the hair's structure. The hairdryer comes with two nozzles, a classic concentrator and a diffuser. Previously, I used a hairdryer without a diffuser, so it was a new experience. It can be used in different ways; I twist my hair into a bun, place it on the diffuser, lean slightly, and dry my hair completely in a lump-like form. If hair tends to curl naturally, using a product for curly hair can achieve a nice effect, like beachy waves. The cord is long enough; I have a small bathroom, so I plug it in there and can step into the hallway with a mirror to use it. There's also a hook for hanging. The hairdryer is small, so while it's not exactly travel-sized, it's easy to take with you, as it doesn't take up much space. Before this, I had a similar hairdryer, but it was a Rowenta. It lasted for about 5 years for sure; it lost its appearance, wore out, but kept working. I was always amazed by its performance; neither falls nor tugging on the cord brought it to an end, but eventually it burned out one fine day. I got myself this hairdryer since Philips is also a prominent brand on the market now. It has all the same features and works just as well, but a bit quieter. I hope it will last just as long for me. An excellent hairdryer with a classic set of features. Heats well and dries superbly. Not too heavy and has a very pleasant appearance. The set included an air concentrator and a diffuser. To each their own; I don't use either one. Simple and reliable, what more is there to say? I've been using it for several months now, overall I recommend it. In the old hair dryer, the handle was more comfortable, the angle relative to the body was better, and the thickness of the handle was also somewhat different, it was more comfortable to hold.
