I bought the Philips Viva Collection HD3136/03 multicooker in 2018. All the specified functions have been working well for almost 3 years now. A year after purchase, the latch that locks the lid of the multicooker broke, but I was able to repair it myself and restore its function. There are no further complaints about the quality (including the bowl), even though once, more than a liter of water was accidentally poured inside without the bowl - everything got soaked inside.
