In the battery, there are 5 elements at 3.7v with 2000mAh, totaling 18.5v, not 20v as stated. The plastic of the casing and its build quality are not bad, it fits comfortably in the hand. The power is sufficient; black screws 100mm break even at second speed when screwing into hard wood (beech). The chuck has slight play (apparently the gearbox shaft is on bushings, not bearings). The case has metal latches but is made of low-quality plastic. There is a place for a wrist strap, but the strap itself is not included. These comments are right after purchase. I will add more after full use. Alongside this, I have a request to all consumers not to be lazy in leaving reviews, as I believe they will help drive poor-quality products out of the market and influence the price range of such products. Quality of the body The battery does not have the claimed 20 V, there is a slight chuck wobble. |

- The screwdriver motor is also 18V, like the battery, and not 20V as stated in the specifications;
- The gearbox shaft is indeed on a bearing, but it has longitudinal play, which is probably a design flaw of all gearboxes due to the shaft locking function. I didn’t disassemble the gearbox itself, just removed the chuck and saw the bearing on the shaft. The shaft has an integral ring before the bearing, preventing it from flying out, unlike earlier gearbox models, which didn’t have a shaft locking function;
- Rubber pads at the junctions with the body fit into closely spaced T-shaped grooves, so they should not come off;
- The control unit circuits in the handle of the screwdriver, not in the battery, do not show any visible signs of shoddy work;
- There are no gaps between the motor, gearbox, and the body.
