In comparison to this, the guys from Pineng look like white crows who bother with the design and try different new things.

The Pineng PN-993 model looks like either a miniature scale or an external HDD from WD and was created with a clear eye on the beautiful half of the population. This is evidenced by a neat design, miniature size and unusual pastel colours of the body itself (there is pink, turquoise and completely white). Usually, most power banks are either black, or grey, or dark blue. At the same time, the body of the device is made of high-quality, impact-resistant ABS plastic. Well, the resulting image is great set off by a miniature information display on the bottom of the case, which, in addition to the charging indicator, also shows the current strength at the output port used.

Quick Charge 3.0

There are three ports themselves: a bunch of microUSB and USB-C for distributing energy to a smartphone, headphones, a fitness tracker and other gadgets, plus a regular USB for charging the Pineng PN-993 itself. All three ports have a current of 3A and support Quick Charge second and third generation. The available capacity of 10,000 mAh, taking into account the conversion, is practically enough for two full recharges of a standard smartphone with a 4,000 mAh battery. Given that Pineng asks for less than $20 for all this goodness, it’s even slightly inconvenient for us to look for any shortcomings.
