Polaris PEG 0602 stainless steel

Modern household electric barbecue, designed for 6 skewers. Structurally, it is a vertical grill equipped with a heating element with a power of 1 kW. The tubular electric heater itself is made of corrosion-resistant steel and heats up to a temperature of moderate red heat during operation. Such a temperature is necessary to create a powerful stream of infrared (thermal) radiation that heats the surrounding products strung on skewers.

Unlike the contact grill, when using the Polaris PEG 0602 electric barbecue grill, the fat is not removed immediately, but flows down to the lower pieces, soaking them and only then is collected in individual trays, which at the same time play the role of seats for the tips of the skewers. For complete uniformity of frying, each such seat is equipped with a rotation mechanism.

An additional heating effect is created by a cylindrical steel case worn on top, the inner surface of which reflects infrared radiation and retains heat. In addition to meat, the machine can be used for frying sausages and frankfurters, roasting and drying mushrooms and vegetables. With the proper organization of the process, there is no smoke at all, so you can cook right in the kitchen.
