Practical and high-tech convection fruit dryer of medium capacity with a bottom fan, multifunctional electronic control and automatic rotation of trays (trays). Differs in the increased diameter of plastic trays (340 mm) for simultaneous loading of a significant amount of products. The trays are made of high-quality food-grade plastic and their perforation allows you to work even with small berries.

It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, intended for domestic use. In addition to the widest range of traditional and exotic vegetables / fruits, this model can dry meat and fish, dry berries, medicinal and spicy herbs, nuts and mushrooms. The Polaris PFD 1905 fruit dryer is aimed at demanding users who need complete control over the process to obtain a quality result.

Thanks to the electronic control system with LED display, it is possible to adjust the temperature of the blown drying air (from 35 to 70 °C in steps of 5 °C), and the built-in timer will automatically turn off the device after a specified period of time (from 1 to 48 hours in steps of 10 minutes). The transparent walls of the trays allow you to control the process visually and avoid overdrying.
