Model overview based on user reviews
The Presto Monsun 3 tent is a spacious and durable option for trekking, suitable for three people and designed for spring, summer, and autumn use. Weighing 3.4 kg, it features a double-layer design with a single entrance and vestibule, providing ample space and protection. The tent is made from polyester with a water resistance of 3000 mm, ensuring it can withstand moderate rain. It includes a mosquito net, ventilation windows, and a wind valve for added comfort. Users appreciate its easy assembly and disassembly, although some have noted that the frame, made of fiberglass, can be susceptible to bending in strong winds. Despite its higher price point, the tent is praised for its quality and reliability, making it a recommended choice for outdoor enthusiasts.
Pros
Cons
I bought it 2 years ago through Alkh. Tested on numerous trips to the Dniester with a family with small children. Everything is holding up. Spacious, double layer. We are happy with the purchase. I didn’t see any flaws in it!!! |
Great tent. Made in Poland. Bought it and tested it the next day by the river during a squall wind and heavy rain. Spacious. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Withstands half an hour of pouring rain and wind. There is a mosquito net on the door and a ventilation window. Convenient zipper closures. Very expensive. There are websites where it's cheaper. The thin, weak dome frame bends to the ground in gusty winds. There's no hook for a lantern. One pocket for documents. After purchase, I wrapped the frame with tape for reliability. use Presto Monsun 4 week i recommend it should buy |
