2. When the voltage drops to 200v, the first four settings of the speed regulator do not work. Decided to check the lubricant to determine the cause of the heating.
3. Removed the rubberized gearbox cover - one screw is missing on the gearbox lid. Thought I'd find a fit, but the hole is shifted by 50% relative to the thread.
4. Opened the cover and saw a mixture of grease with sawdust!!!
5. Found the reason, there's a 2 mm gap between the covers near the rod exit. (casting defect) The saw itself drives the sawdust into the gearbox.
