Practical cylindrical body

The Profi Cook PC-SV 1159 low temperature sous vide heater is an advanced semi-professional class device designed for home use. The model weighing approximately 1 kg is made in a practical cylindrical aluminium case measuring 31x5x9 cm. An electronic control panel with an LED display for settings and process control is mounted at the upper end of the device. Laconic control is carried out by 4 touch buttons: power, temperature settings and process time accurate to the minute, as well as 2 value adjustment buttons — “+” and “—”. In the middle of the case there is a spring clip for fixing the device on the wall of the cooking container. At the bottom of the device there is a built-in heating element and a circulation pump, as well as marks for the minimum and maximum immersion levels. The model has a sealed design with water protection class IPX7 and is designed for continuous operation in water.

Accurate thermostat

The power of the heating element is 1000 W, and the precise thermostat allows you to maintain the set temperature within the range from 0 °C to 90 °C (step ±0.5 °C). The pump with a maximum capacity of 10 L/min provides efficient water circulation for even heat distribution throughout the entire dish. The auto-off timer (up to 99 hours) makes it possible to set the cooking time for the dish and to heat it up before serving. During the process, the display will alternately show the current temperature and the remaining operating time. The countdown starts when the set temperature is reached, and after the end of cooking, the machine will automatically turn off. The device has an integrated protection against "dry" operation, which turns off the power when the water level is low. The device allows you to prepare yogurt (in the user manual there is a step-by-step instruction), and can also be used to defrost and keep the finished dish warm. The model is distinguished by the remote control function from a smartphone via Wi-Fi protocol, which is convenient to use thanks to free branded applications for iOS and Android.
