I wanted to warn you against purchasing Ravak sanitary ware and bathtubs. From my own bitter experience I was convinced that the price is too high, and most importantly, it does not meet the expected quality and service life. When I contacted the service department regarding my problems, they only offered to purchase spare parts at obscenely high prices. The warranty period barely covers the operating time. After it, everything begins to fall into disrepair. What I didn’t immediately like was the acrid smell of urine from the new bathtub, which suggests that the acrylic is of low quality. The fastening elements of the front panel to the bathroom itself are not reliable and literally from the very beginning stopped fixing the panel. After a short time, the overflow grille in the siphon rotted, which should have been at least made of solid metal, and not of some unknown thing that crumbles over time, either plastic or metal.
