I bought a REDMOND RMC-IH300 multicooker, and after two days took it for repair to the service center DEUKTELEKTROSERVICE (Kyiv, I. Lepse St., 55), as this model has a FACTORY DEFECT - the inner removable lid of the multicooker does not lock in place. The service center confirmed that the REDMOND RMC-IH300 model came out with a factory defect, and I was not the first to approach them with this issue in the RMC-IH300 model. By the way, it's already been 15 days, and the multicooker has not been repaired/replaced/money refunded. Induction heating!!! Factory defect - the internal removable lid of the multicooker does not fix.
