I hesitated for a long time whether to buy a multicooker, and if so, which one? Once I decided I needed one, I started researching the market. I read many reviews and settled on the Redmond M25, but it was not available in the store, and there was a promotion on the Redmond M4510, which was only 400 UAH more expensive but had a removable inner lid, a good ceramic bowl, and a better design. I've been using it for about a year and am very satisfied, no complaints. It is easy to use yet multifunctional, with a variety of interesting programs. Baked goods turn out much tastier in it compared to the oven; cakes and bread rise perfectly, and it's the same with dairy products. Yogurt never had such a smooth, thick, and tender texture in the yogurt maker, even though I always use the same starter cultures, only "Bakzdrav," as they are the best quality available today. The non-stick bowl truly works, nothing ever sticks. I am happy with the purchase. The multicooker from the Redmond company model RMC-4510 received several innovative solutions, so we could not pass it by.
Design and build
The model is made in a classic semi-oval form factor. The stainless steel body, black (white or grey) plastic cover and recessed control keypad with electronic display emphasize the “hi-tech” orientation of the device. Despite not quite a kitchen coloring, this magic saucepan cooks perfectly, and the food exudes excellent aromas.
The 5 liter bowl is treated with Daikin non-stick coating for longer life than the competition, and the lid and steam valve are easy to remove and wash.
Programs
RMC-4510 can cook in 13 automatic modes and 7 additional ones. In addition to the usual stewing, frying, cooking soups, cereals, pastries and cooking pilaf, it can bake bread, cook cottage cheese or cheese, fondue, baby food, as well as sterilize dishes and pasteurize liquids. But that's not all. 2 unique innovative programme modes — "Masterchef light" and "Multi-cook" make the culinary possibilities of the device simply limitless. The first involves a completely manual cooking process and temperature control, and the second is cooking using “under vacuum” technology; dishes are cooked for 2-3 hours without air intake, thus preserving the natural consistency of vegetables, fish, meat, and up to 99% of nutrients.
The equipment is also impressive, which includes all the necessary items: from a measuring cup and a spoon to porridge tongs and a book with 120 recipes designed specifically for this multicooker.
