However, the tube through which the meat enters the screw has a small diameter, so the meat needs to be cut into relatively small pieces or cubes with sides of 3-3.5 centimeters. By the way, a little life hack – instead of cubes, you can cut the meat into long strips; they fit well on the screw and get pulled in quickly. In general, the speed at which the meat grinder swallows meat is simply amazing, and I once measured the time and processed slightly less than a kilogram of pulp in less than a minute. The body, on four rubberized supports, stands firmly and reliably on the table. It's also worth mentioning that it easily disassembles and assembles, and can be washed without any problems. There is a full two-year warranty from the manufacturer. Under load and even when idle, it heats up quite quickly. The manual states that the maximum continuous operating time should not exceed five minutes, which is very little. For us, it worked for about seven minutes and the overheating protection did not kick in. Now I don't know if the protection is faulty or if the meat grinder is more durable than stated. |
