How to choose a welding machineKey information about modern inverters and semi-automatic welding machines

Slightly more than average device

The "Resanta" SAIPA-200S device attracts with the ability to weld various metals and alloys in almost all possible modes (except for argon-arc welding). When performing welding work in a semi-automatic mode, you can use various types of wire and cook ferrous and non-ferrous metals both in inert (argon, helium) and active (carbon dioxide) media. In the manual arc welding mode, the maximum current (200 A) is enough to work with electrodes up to 5 mm in diameter.

Brewing non-stop

The device is easily and quickly adjusted to any gas or wire diameter (but note that the rotary controls that are located on the front panel are located in an unusual order — not like most other semi-automatic devices). Electronic modules, including auxiliary functions (hot start, afterburner and anti-stick) work perfectly. Therefore, even for beginners and inexperienced users, the arc easily ignites and burns evenly, and the seams are of decent quality.

Despite the class F insulation (which indicates that the construction of the equipment used is not the most modern materials), the device has absolutely no tendency to overheat. It is difficult to “fire it up” to such an extent that the built-in thermal protection works. The device is quite suitable for long and intensive work (if you cook with wire up to 1 mm or electrodes up to the "four" inclusive), because it has a decent periodicity coefficient (70%). The device can work even when the voltage drops to 140 V.

Semi-automatic for those who are looking for a balance between quality and price

"Resanta" SAIPA-200S is a semi-automatic machine with a good price-quality ratio. It is perfect for a private household, a small "hack" or a small workshop. When buying, please note that the cable with the electrode holder is not included in the kit, you need to buy it separately (any brand of wire with a DX25 connector will do). Also note that the torch sleeve is not removable for this machine. If you need a technique with a removable sleeve, then you should buy exactly the same Resanta SAIPA-200 65/9 device, which differs only in the presence of a euro connector.
