Since the warranty is 12 months, I filed a complaint on the Epicenter website on 08.04. They called and said they forwarded the complaint to the supplier. On 08.07, the supplier sent a standard response to Epicenter, saying it was not a warranty event and offered to carry out a paid repair.
In summary:
1. The quality of the product is terribly low, I do not recommend it to anyone.
2. The supplier doesn’t care, the 12-month warranty is a fiction.
3. Epicenter did nothing to protect the rights of its customer. I will refrain from any significant purchases at Epicenter in the future.
4. TM Richman's products have discredited themselves in my eyes.
